Once children can confidently swim around 20 metres in the Leisure Pool, they progress into our 25-metre Fitness Pool where lessons focus on stronger technique, endurance, speed, and overall swimmi

At this stage, swimmers develop more advanced skills and build the confidence needed for continuous lap swimming in a professional-style environment. The Fitness Pool is maintained at around 29°C, creating the ideal temperature for comfortable and effective swimming training.
